A long time ago in a far-off land called Corona del Mar, there was a tiny nightspot called Carmelo's.The restaurant wasn't tiny, but the lounge was the tiniest in the world. It was so small that you had to go to the outside patio to change your drink order. Bada bing. But it was a lively lounge. I had many memorable nights in that tiny, lively lounge.

So I was ecstatic to learn that the new owners of the building had not only renamed the place – the Landmark Steak House – but had figured a way to enlarge the lounge area.
