Even the most successful endeavors need a
tune-up or facelift every few years, and this rings
especially true for restaurants and lounges. Within
the 798 square miles of Orange County, there is
everything from Moroccan food at Marrakesh in Costa
Mesa to Filipino food at Kapit Bahay in Anaheim. But
although a tour de jour may be exciting, sub-par
